Mansion has been off all day!? how annoying. Anyone else manage to log in yet? i want to withdraw my cash and play somewhere else but can't do it at the minute without being able to log on!

I hate mansion's software, but I like the site (its fishy even for me)
So slowwww, f** Mansion.
I think, they lost all ur money, thats why we are waiting for them.
They sais, Maintenance during 10 hours from 4hr CET...

Losing 1 day to get the VPP for the Money Mad event 
Yesterday the money of everyone is moved on the cashier

Yeah i have the same feeling... Why did it take sooo long. I also registered for a tournament just before the break... normally in a site where they have to do maintenance, u cannot register for any tournament. Now i'm scared they don't pay me back. I'm also worried the site isn't still working... good for me i had lil change at Pokerstars to keep my Poker appetite on!!!

Now Mansion Poker is part of iPoker Network (same of Titan)... I dont use Titan very much, but until now I dont have any problems with them...
I was thinking in cashout my bankroll, but now maybe I can stay at Mansion 
Hope all their problems has gone.

@razvan: some anti-virus programs do not allow downloading and/or installing ipoker connected sites. I had the same problem when I wanted to download Titan. When my anti-virus didn't allow me to download the update for Mansion today I had to disable the anti-virus and activate it again after installation of the new software.
So try the same, it might work out.

Avast... is the best antivirus in town... it's free, easy to use and don't take too much space. You don't have those problems neither!!!
nope, it's not the antivirus. i have downloaded the soft , entered my UN & pass and ... they say i have conecton problems.
cd, titan, betfred, vc, carlos are working perfectly, but not mansion
There was some problem with my acct because of the changes they were making. I was only able to login today.
I'm lost on how to calculate the deposit bonus and PS bonus. I had over 800 MPP's and I still haven't received the PS bonus from 400 (token), 500, and 800 MPP's. Anyone have any info on this?

First you should read what i posted earlier about the discussion with the Mansion support.
For the token, go to mansion poker support and let them know about it. I cannot assure you that they'll give you the token since everything has changed.
Like it's said in the discussion, the rest of the bonuses you earn will be credited to your account October 3rd. by the way there is a bonus for having 750mpp not 800. I think you just have to read the posts. That way you'll get all the answers you need.

what about you re install your software first. If that don't solve the problem, then write an email to mansion poker support. Maybe they have an explanation for that matter.
