Depends on villain. Just remove the average ranges from your head, please. It will do you no good. Learn to play the player, situation. Very trivial, I know, but it usually helps

As for your question, it goes like this:
-if he is flat happy, I shove 22-66(77), big and small Aces and raise 88 to induce. Same with good broadway as it crushes like flatting range.
-if he never flats with these stack sizes(Or very rarely), you adjust your r/c range here depending on his push range-this is the easier opponent to play against. It's a myth that you should shove all your small pairs. 22 and 33 maybe, but vs somebody who goes crazy with his re-steals(say 45% in this spot), I would love to r/c 44. 66 is like dream case scenario.
