Not sure if I understand what you try to say here.

I am a bit unsure whether I can shove on the full-stacked cold-caller here, since I expect him to cold-call with KK and more often with AA there. But indeed, in the first place, I am never folding to his shove after I 4-bet there. Him cold-calling just made me think twice when I reviewed this hand.

He must know that I want to get it in with the short-stacker there so he might try to trap me. At least, if I were him, I would never flat AK there. I would flat KK but even more AA, since you would expect the short stack to shove. At this point, it's back to Hero (me) with my KK.

I shoved on this guy, so if you know that he should never flat with AK there and only show up with KK and more often with AA, is my shove still a profitable play in the long run - or would it be a cooler if he had AA ?

One of the key elements here is that UTG has less than 100 BB which implies that he is a weaker player. Thus we can expect him to cold call your 4-bet there wide and then call your shove lighter as well.

For these players what matters most is the hand they have and then, maybe, the action.

He also may think that you want to push him away from the pot and play with the short stack (and in that case you can have a wider range).
