I would be wary of offers of 60% rakeback. If you want to play on iPoker I would suggest William Hill or Titan as the best on Tier 1 at between 30-35%.

Tier 1 contains the fish pool and better traffic, while tier 2 is full of 60% pro rakeback grinders. In my opinion you would be better of on a Tier 1 site.

Also all iPoker skins affiliated with PokerStrategy.com are Tier 1 except Mansion and Betfred.
