Hey dudes
writing my pokerlongterm goals a tiltprofil and a leaklist helped me a lot. Now my warmup is like Checking all this lists and then start 10min meditating. Today I tried Eriks visualisation. Helped me a lot too. And now I will do a mix. In the morning I mediate and after lunch I do 5 min visualisation.
For everyone who didnt try yet, I can really recommend.

Hey!
Nice to hear that you are enjoying the videos!
Try using the Mindfulness first and then the Viz after before the session as a team and see how that works. If you have any problems with the Mindfulness or Visualization itself. Struggles or hurdles etc. Just ask me here..

Hey Patrick!
Well, I play on 888 and zoom on Stars mainly...zoom200 if there is no action on the normal tables. First I had problem with zoom, but now I think I have good ranges in most spots, so I know what to do like 99% of the time. If I have no problems on a limit anymore I feel like moving up, but I need a few k$ to shot at zoom500.
Hmm what really improved me was working on my check-call/raise ranges as a pfa.
I think most regs on nl200 have there sufficent leaks.
And most regs dont bluff enough so you can fold more exploitiv. You dont really need frequencie calls, because if its so close to call or not, you should on zoom fold vs most regs. After I realised that it works a lot better.
Another leak is only a few regs are bluffing in deepstack spots and most regs play poorly deep as you mentioned in one of your last vids. I thinkin deep play is an area where I also can improve a lot.
Hey Olli!
How is the meditation working out for you?
Hope you are doing good!
Cheers!
Hey Erik,
it works really good. I do it every day in the morning minimum 10min. And for every session and in every break. But sometimes I feel like I am "using" meditation and than its no meditation anymore. I try to stop the connection between meditation and poker. Because mindfulness is such cool thing in every aspect of my life. I really try to do things as aware as possible no matter what it is. ![]()
And thanks again for your guided meditations they are really good!
Glad you are enjoying the recorded meditations. ![]()
If you have any specific questions about it don't hesitate to ask.
Yeah, mindfulness as part of regular life really is the nuts, keeping enjoying it!
Hi Kingsurprise,
I'll be helping you out in this Boot Camp with topics like procrastination, motivation, laziness, productivity, focus while playing, putting in more volume/studying, creating habits that stick, etc.
Could you please tell me:
1) What is your #1 issue in those areas
2) What did you try so far to resolve it?
3) What worked and what didn't?
Thank you,
-Primoz
Hi Schnitzelfisch
Yeah my motivation is a problem its in phases 1month super motivated next month more poorly...And I only work hard on my game when Iam loosing, so downswing is good for me ♦, but I really need to learn off the tables regulary.
Than Habbits: After I read your Skyrocket your productivity-guide. I run every morning for about 25 days than I missed 2 Day because of Partying and than I was out. The only thing I constantly do first in the morning is drinking a glas of water, it feels like to refuel the tank! thats awsome. I also quit coffee, but now Im kinda tea-addicted I think. Mostly white-tea.
What did I do for volume/studying?
hmm I often plan the next day, before I go to sleep. Than I think about some minimum Goals of the Day.
All in all Im not the laziest, but there is always much room to improve.
Ahh one big problem for me is, after a sick partyweekend/holidays and so on, to pick up my "routine" again.
This answer is more like a brainstorming, sorry for that
