I would say best plays are going to be fold or shove. He can still fold something and if we assume he is opening like 35% here then we can shove for value with our stack depth. If we go for some sort of stop&go idea then he is mostly going to fold hands we already have beat with our A high.

I agree with this. My play would be to shove against a 40% EP opening range. Even without fold-equity we can shove for value against that range.
