Preflop: what's villains open in MP and fold to 3-bet? Can we not 3-bet this for value ~120 deep?

Postflop: As played I doubt a nit will ever bluff there so you can bet/fold the turn. As played I don't see why you call the turn to fold the river. Were you hoping he runs a 1 street bluff?

yes :( exactly and he had fold to 3bet 80 so far haths why i cold callled.

That's a pretty big fold to 3-bet there so calling is fine.

And given the only draws that he can raise on the turn missed the river I don't think you can fold after you called turn.
