FLOP 100% ? What about if turn and river are AA?? Im a bit wasted atm but still..

^^ Yeah didn't notice PT4 rounds up when "exporting" ![]()
I think this is one of the most interesting hands that came up today which I never bothered to calculate. I'm pretty sure its +EV to shove but curious at other fellow regs opinions.

Villain is aggro fish with high 3b(s), small sample but I'm not going to put villain (m)any Ax hands.
Assuming villain won't fold to our jam (aka our jam has no FE) the odds are:
330 (405-40-35) / 810 (405*2) = 41%
Hmmm one of those days again huh. Got pissed losing 9 out of the last 10 games with 7 of them losing as 70-80% favorite. And some other std bullshits. Decided to call it a day...
Than checked how much I lost. PT4 shows a profit of +21bi ♠_biggrin:

Yeah I'm going to grind one or two more days and wrap it up with a month/year graph. I think its pretty good despite I only played ~6months this whole year and only got 40k vpp.
Decided to take a picture of my grind desk. I guess its okay'ish, nothing special though. Rate please ♠_biggrin:

Hey man I got an question about your setup.. Why have you placed boxes underneah your monitors?
How does that corresponded with eye height? e.g. if looking straight forward where will the sweatspot be on your screen?
Thanks in advance,

Those boxes are to make the monitor higher so it "sync" up with my eye height: check this vid for monitor height and distance
And for ergonomic sitting
YEAR 2013 SUMMARY (1) - RESULTS
Well it was not a "real" year of poker grinding for me. This whole year I only managed to play 5-6 months poker, the other half year I wasn't playing at all due internship and thesis college.
Montly Volume & Profit - Year 2013
January 2.5k games / $1800
February 550 games / $600
March 0 games / $0
April 0 games / $0
May 0 games / $0
June 0 games / $0
July 0 games / $0
August 3k games / $1900
September 1.9k games / $2300
October 3k games / $3800
November 2k games / $2600
December 2k games / $2800
Total $16000~
Rakeback $2400~ (43k VPP)
MTT Loss $400~
Grand total 16k games / $18000
Spoiler

On average I was spending about 80-100 hours per month. Could deff be more. Due college and playing games it wasn't higher.
Looking back I think I regret not putting more volume when my winrate is pretty good as of late. I will be playing alot more when I have time in 2014. January and February are the only months that I'm going to be somewhat busy so I can get rid of college once for all. Getting rid of college will get rid of the $20k debt I have from the government. In Holland the government covers a part of your college fee, in return you have to pay back with small interest UNLESS you graduate - You don't have to pay a penny back.
Most happy non-poker related "stuff" for year 2013
Finishing college looks really close and promising. Its a pain after 5-6 years of college.
Most happy poker related "stuff" for year 2013
Game (skill and mental) improved alot ever since October and its improving alot atm as well. Really happy and proud.
Most unhappy non-poker related "stuff" for year 2013
Took too long to finish the thesis. Low motivation and didn't put enough effort. I guess also not able to find a real (serious) GF/relationship.

More update to come (I hope)!

Goals for 2014? I hope to come up with a detailed one - like the one from the productivity coach. For the tl;dr version should sth like:
- Reach Supernova (would had it this year if it wasn't for internship)
- Move up from 2 table to 3 tables without losing "focus and quality" during play. 4 tables by end of the year?
- Be more established at 60s, give shots at 100s.
- Work out at least twice a week.
Freaking weird day, but happy in the end. Sudden motivation ♠_o:
Facts:
* Played almost 7hr long ~220 games (on Jan 1st ♦ )
* Played solid B-game most of the time
* Didn't even bother checking results, and I don't feel like checking my results till end of this week or around 2k games. I don't know how I'm running but I feel my game is good despite some stupid mistakes. Mistakes are part of improvement.
* Tilt was very minimum despite ran pretty horrible day. Only tilted abit when I made few stupid mistakes
