Hey guys,
I prolly mentioned here before that we plan to move back from Brno to Pardubice, therefore rent new apartment/flat from about March. Am super happy to announce that we found out today absolutely epic livin, we decided 30minuts after the show off...coz it would be gone tommorow 
Only dark side is that we needed to take it really quick so we ll have rented for 2 months flat in Brno and Pardubice simultaneously but w/e the new is just so awesome, worth every penny.
Excited to move in soon and do some decoratin of Evelinas child room, buy some nice LED TV to living room, finally enjoy kinect on XBox, buy some better PC table...enjoy cookin in real kitchen and so on...thn all the meetings with old friends, start doin sports again with em, pubs...weeeeeeee...couldnt be better start for 2014...

Congratulation for the new flat, looks realy nice. Indeed a nice start in 2014.
Its a good thing to have a room to play poker in, so u dont have to play in your kitchen anymore. Will give your winnings another boost i spect.
Dunno if u know which tv u chose but i bought this one a few month ago and i am realy happy with that one. Use it for BluRay, Paytv (sports) and Playstation.

me2!! will try to make more pics after we ll move in properly..it s all max 6months old, vinyl floor, point led lighs everywhere...very energy efficient so it s not for some ridicoulous money at all...

thx! any info on TVs is apreciated am total noob. will buy led for sure, dont need any 3D or shit but that s like automatic now...smart tv is also automatic i guess...also use it for tv/xbox and prolly some movies from hdd...but your TV seems to be very very sweet, i ll go with sometin about 750$ i guess and 46inches +-

gamin room - u know it s all about sellin it nicely to MRS ♦ buy kinect for xbox with some pet/zoo games = girls have sometin to play with, therefore u can buy nice tv, therefore u buy extra controller...therefore your friend is there to game with u every night ♦:D:D nah just kiddin, we have super great relationship and i think i can get watever i want, same for her...
prize is about 600$/month which is pretty sweet, didnt see that low prize for such modern flat...prize is lower thx to the unique unit that controls heatin/water heatin in every room, isolation, clima and all electronics are AA+ - very low energies. Plus it is attic = limitations for seniors, very young children - stairs...but we still didnt find any negative on that flat...just signed reservation so it should be OURS already for at least 2 years

Price is really awesome compared to hungarian prices as well (whatever that's worth). In any case, gz gz! Sweet deal!
as for kinect, meh. waste of money imo. unless if for social time with wife, can't find any decent games for it. imo.

Well am also in about 90k ppl city...but it s one of the biggest here anyway...praue 1M, Brno like 300k or wat..thn smaller ones...Pardubice is maybe top 10 and one hour drive to Pragues, so...dunno but here it s for nice money...ofcourse if u would count in avarage salary for thi region, it s not so great..
Kinect - am totally not gonna enjoy it But our daughter will, she s a dancer Also in ZOO tycoon u can feed animals with your hand, shower them and...she can bowl ♦ She ll love it...

I heard in Prague ( I know this is not in Prague but still overall I guess its the same) the shorter the contract the rent goes up like crazy - any truth in that?

IMO more about preference of the owner. This guy simply told me he wants 2year contract with possible sooner endin but it ll cost me a bit from the deposit I have to make to him. Coz ofc he ll have troubles findin new ppl and so on. But i dont see that in any rental company that they would change prizes based on time u plan to be there...

Am back in Brno with my PC and databases, so am gonna do all the recaps.
I should definitely start with December wrap.
It was a month I knew exactly how much I need to play, when will I have free time, when we plan holidays...used routine from previous months, grinded 30s 9man mostly, added 60s+ (hell) and also some 30s fifty50 when i was on holidays. Hit few mtts, +-BE also on holidays. Also played live sng masters 750E, bubbled, sweet.
Result wise, typically lost over 3k first days, continued losin at 60s+ (100bi downer there soon :)) thn it turned and I made profit preRB. Managed to play 30k VPPs in less time thn in November and pretty significantly. Oh, also played a bit hypers 9mans.
End of month was cruel coz i was sick and had to grind a lot, but made it, super happy.
