Hi all,
hoping to confirm my Turn line and consider alternatives.
J seems a bad card as it completes a few straights but more 2 pair combinations. A mid range board also hits a lot of villains set possibilities.
I imagine villain might raise/fold hands like T9 and J9 which I beat but as I think villains flat on the flop with a player yet to act looks quite strong I decided I would bet/fold this turn. Perhaps I am just pesimistic but I cannot think of nearly as many hands I beat then I am crushed by - would you agree?
I thought checking seemed weak as there is not much I want to see on the River but perhaps this is a reason to check/call for pot control hoping to win a small pot with the SDeq we already have?
