MP checks, hero?

What is our play here?
- check behind, call river
- bet/fold (and how much do we bet?)
- bet/call (and how much do we bet?)

villain is 24/15/3,1 over 67 hands and hasnt shows agression postflop yet.

His fold to cb is 3 out of 4
His AF is Flop 1,0/Turn 2,0/River 0,0

I would x here, because we aren't ahead on villain's calling range. On the river I would call on 2-7 and A,K, I don't think he will be betting on the river 88-JJ.

Hey Shuttled,

Hand is not that strong in a relative since because of the preflop action.

Flop cbet is fine.

On turn I would bet small like $8 or $9, play bet/fold, and check back the river.

Thx w34z3l! I think that is indeed the right play. I had the right idea but bet a little bit too big. :f_eek:

@ majku99.. i think you want to protect here against draws dont we? We can almost never check behind and call river I think.
