Yes, of course, they are analyzed separately. But take the result and divide it by tablesize (6 in this case) - and our numbers match,
Then again, I may be misinformed. Why would they calculate it they way I describe? As I said, I've read it elsewhere (old threads here for instance), and the numbers 16 and 8 bb (not BB) are what you are supposed to "beat".

Well, it says so in PT4. The column heading says BB/100 - but the tool tip says "Big Blinds Won Per 100 Hands, Value = -15.37". Couldn't be clearer. (It says so wherever BB/100 occurs, see for yourself.) Of course, the tool tip may be wrong.
Yohan, I have previously think exactly the same as you are, but after holmeboy and Jcseerup explained that the hands considered for the winrate are those in a specific position, I have calculated again and they are correct.
I have 200k hands and from these 40k are in BB, so in average 1bb per 5hands(which considering that I almost always play at full tables seems correct). 40000bb of 5cents are 2000usd and I only lost about 400usd. this is why I think I was wrong calculating at 16bb/100h.
If you are wright and the winrate is for all the hands played, folding every blind would add another 16bb/100h and with the 6bb that I already have, it would be 22bb/100h. I am not that good

I pretty much think thats the case. I use Holdem Manager so I can't check it out myself. Could you filter for one specific limit and post a screenshot with the positional winrates as well as net win in $?

But just to make it clear, the numbers I refer to are truly filtered by position, nothing else would make sense, it is only recalculated per orbit (divide your 100/50 bb by 6).
I'm not going to make excuses for being wrong, but it is truly amazing that I, according to "my version" get precisely the "right" numbers. If it weren't for the blinds, I'd be very marginally winning in the blinds (according to my interpretation of the numbers and my stats). This makes numerical perfect sense since one is out of position.
Then this bb/BB thing. Do you have PT4? When it says BB it's big blinds, not big bets - at least according to the tool tip (hoover the mouse pointer over any BB/100 label). This may be wrong too (by Poker Tracker, I'm not blind yet).

If you'd post the screenshot I mentioned, I could show you if the tool tip is correct or not. I bet it's not.

It says:

Exact number of hands 35410. (Blinds are 2c and 5c.)
As you can see, I'm suffering badly from a downswing last week 
There's nothing wrong with the tool tip, and it counts good the BB/100's for both SB and BB. It counts the BB/100: won in the exact position / played hand in that exact position.
The other thing, paid BB/round is usable in any way?

The thing is 1 BB = 1 Big Bet = 2 bb = 2 big blinds. PT4 is wrong (or at the very least confusing) in either the tool tip or the column headings.

It is not very readable, but it seems you have around 7k hands played from big blind.So, if you were folding every bb, you would have lost 350usd. Since you are down only 100, I guess it is very good.
I have never used pokertracker and the BB/bb is confusing to me in your screenshot
edit if you lost only 100usd instead of 350 it means that you lose ~30bb every 100 times you play from bb and considering this, -14.87 looks like BB(big bets) and the tip tool is wrong(imo)

Anyway, recently I've been running at -9.17 and -20.73 in the SB and BB, respectively. Big Bets, not blinds. Filtered for exactly 6handed.

Can't read anything in that screenshot. But if I am correct, you played around 7k hands in the BB and lost around $105. So you lost $105/7k = $0.015 per hand and $1.50 per 100 hands. -$1.50/1BB = -$1.50/$0.10 = -15BB (like in the output). Big Bets (BB) not big blinds (bb).

@avataren although I play only FL, I like to keep my stats in bb(probably because +6 looks better than +3 :P) and I've posted the stats as they were. I didn't know that is such a big deal...

Last two months 40k hands 8800 from each blind (lot of super SH and HU due to game creation), and I have a DS since 20k hands. 
The last 1,5 year : 495000 hands , 96000 from each blind:
BB: - 18,25 BB/100
SB: - 8,475 BB/100
