The best ever advice I can give you is to hire a coach. Yes, it may seem to be pretty expensive, especially when you start at nl4 but coach will speed up your progress x20 times by just pointing out your leaks and tips on how to fix them. Coach will explain how you should think during a game etc. This is the stuff that many players in the beginning take for granted. Don't be one of those players!

Hi tnx for reply, I know coach would be the best, but how can I afford coach with BR that small?

I also started from nl2 and before having a coach couldn't do shit about my bad plays. But then coach after coach brought me to a stage where I can comfortably exploit regs at nl25 and soon gonna move to nl50. Sometimes you have invest to get returns. Poker is like business.

I am still searching for job but situation in SLO is difficult many jobless people...

KQo hand is clear fold vs shove. You are UTG, won't beat much of his value range.

AKo hand standard, but depends. We can find a fold there also sometimes.

Do you table select? I know that for best winrate selection is needed but I want to be better than regs so is my thinking right, that I shouldn't table select? And one mrething, those regs on NL" and NL4 are so weak I can see they are making many misstakes preflop, like calling 3Bets OOP w pocket apirs for setmine etc. Anyway I can spot that, but still can't beat them, any suggestions?

You overplay many hands. When you shove a hand that is not nuts, you need to figure what worse hands are going to call or otherwise you turn your hand into a bluff.

I never really did it, but I think you should definitely table select at micros. Rake is huge so you don't want to be playing against regs.

Setmining v 3bets is a huge money maker on micros, and I don't think its a mistake unless you're against a guy who 3bets a lot. I think you're leaving loads of money on the table by not doing it.

I am not sure about setmining v 3Bet pots... we hit set round 12% of time on flop, so even if you hit and still get paid whole stack 100% of time, you should not put more than 12% of eff stack in it preflop. That means, if somebody open raises let's say NL10 on x3->0.30
I 3Bet to 0.90 you put 9% of stack in it, so that's ok. BUT! You don't get paid 100% of time, do you?

Nothing in poker is 100% FYI. When you do hit your set, whether you get payed more than enough will depend on your skill, i.e. edge. You need to exploit your opponents rather playing your cards. That's the beauty of poker. Not the value of your hands, but the value of your opponent mistakes.

Using your example you've already invested 0.3 into the pot so once you get 3b its another 0.6 to call with $1.35 in the pot plus relative stack sizes. You don't get paid 100% ofc but if you do it against the right opponents they'll have strong 3b ranges so you'll win a lot of big pots...
