Uhm...unless villain is easily exploited post- like he cbets and then just c/f on the turn when he doesn't have it(no double barrels, poor hand reading and stuff), you can consider calling, although even then I wouldn't be a huge fan, because we basically call with the idea of bluffing. We don't get odds to set mine. When we hit low board, it doesn't mean it's good. He could easily a better mid pair. All in all-folding is better to me.

P.s. you didn't post any stats or reads on the guy, he could be a 40/30 fish that uses 3x as his usual sizing or he can be 17/12 who usually min raises. I will play the hand in totally different fashion vs those 2 oppos.

utg is 30/15 with AG 2.5 and caller is 45/27 with AG 2.3.

Please, note that my analysis above is if MP2 didn't flat pre, but we are first to enter the pot together with the original raiser. I misunderstood your question, sorry.

Anyway, not much will change. I still fold preflop. I will give it an extra thought of whether we can profitably 3bet ship here and the answer is-no. We don't get odds to set mine either. They are both fishes, but UTG's PFR is on the tightish side.
