PokerStars - $0.50 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players

BTN: 196.32 BB (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 4)
Hero (SB): 105.18 BB
BB: 112.36 BB (VPIP: 21.05, PFR: 15.79, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 40)
CO: 100 BB (VPIP: 18.18, PFR: 13.64, 3Bet Preflop: 12.50, Hands: 22)

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has T♠ Q♦

fold, fold, CO raises to 2.5 BB, BTN calls 2.5 BB, Hero ?

I think calling is the worst variant here, playing with two high cards OOP in multiway pot without initiative really sucks. Fold is appropriate. 3b may be good as we have blockers and villains' ranges are weak.

In this spot I think fold is better But rarely SQ I think is ok If your fold to 3bet is good and raise first in of CO isn't to much small

Hey,

This just depends on multiple factors. How wide co is opening/defending vs 3bets/4betting, how wide button is 3betting&calling&defending vs squeezes, how aggro the bb is in general pre/post etc. Given bb so far has 3bet of 0%, I'd prly just go ahead and flat this.

I've always thought that playing with high cards OOP w\o initiative is a bad idea plus odds are not that best... If they were suited ofc it's flat but offsuit broadway one gap, will it show profit?

I'm not saying this will be an easy hand to play but you're getting a good price (given BB isn't aggro) and i'm confident enough on my postflop skills to make this a +ev defend. It's not so hugely +ev that i'd hate folding but i still call :)
