Preflop situation is a little borderline vs a 5% 3better. Calling is ok though.

Flop float is standard. Likely won't be that profitable in this spot however. He may not cbet overcards so a decent chunk of his cbetting range is going to be flush-draws and better overpairs.

What makes you think we have to bet call if we bet turn?

I think we can either check back turn or bet like $6.50 (my preferred line) and play bet/fold.

As played, river fold is fine.

Turn underbet is a little less common. However I've had a ton of success with it and seen strong players use it in such situations. Slightly more common is just to check back turn here.

We perhaps have a subtle increase in the frequency of light shoves, but nothing I find too concerning. Part of the reason is because if we strongly feel that we are inducing with a very high frequency we can just start underbetting things like flushes etc

I don't like underbeting in this spot because if our opponent have K :club:Xx or A :club:Xx we're giving him pot odds call and he can play perfectly.
For ex. we bet so small (6-7$) ott he call, pot is about 36$. He miss and play x/f - his EV is 0.
When he hit his FD, he can bet e.g. 8-9$ and what is our choice otr? I guess we have to call.

Basically we still extract value even if we give our opponent the odds to call. It's not necessarily a mistake to extract value this away assuming our opponent would fold if he didn't have the odds.

This is provided the value of the equity we let our opponent freeroll does not outweigh the value we extract by pricing him in.

For example in an inifinitely sized pot we'd rather price our opponent out. In this size pot we should just about be able to extract value by betting small. (We'll still just get folds a decent amount of the time though, remember his range is not just FD's only. Sometimes this turn underbet confuses people and they call with AQ:h or something and we just end up extracting additional value with our sizing).
