I have a question. Am i able to get strategy points through Pokerstars, if didn't use pokerstrategy code ? i've registered on Pokerstars long time ago.

No u just cant, i am in same position and i know believe me 
Unless u win the Sunday million or u are Supernova elite u can try ask them to pair ur account but for small stakes its just not possible.

Unfortunately Kstas is correct in that we cannot retrack an account if it wasn't registered through us.
Your only option to receive the benefits of tracking in this case is to register at another poker room through Pokerstrategy.com.
