After such an upswing it does not look so bad. Although EV is following the green line. With a couple of tweaks it should be fine.

Note : today I had a downswing around 7 BIs nl30 ,yes they keep hitting their two outer :/ ,but honesty I am happy because I played most of the time my A game without any tilt ..but at the end of the day I was a little tired and I started auto piloting :/ and I was lazy to finish my push up stuffs ...So :
-I have to be more organized (session/rest) to not be tired
-I have to do all my Exercises to keep my Concentration Active

Last 2 months i have spent 100+h studying the game and a lot more playing so i know what the hardcore stuff is, but only last week i started working on my mental game and i realized how many mistakes i have made, i suggest you to find Jared Tendler old podcasts on youtube, really great stuff to watch, i did read mental game 6 months ago but still i had forgot most of the stuff.
There was a topic about realizing your own progress. I was so into playing and studying everyday that i just didn't see my own progress and it effected my game in bad way as i didn't have confidence in me as it always seemed like i wasn't doing enough.
Just take a day or two away from poker and look at the things you have done. In one week you have done more than 95% of players in whole month.

So here is my analasys . Btw super progress mate! Your dedication is amazing.
Hand 1)
Pre is good. If utg is a massive whale, you can also 3 bet, since he will just call it super wide anyways.
Flop: I would always lead this flop, 4way. You really don't want to let a flush draw free roll the flop. If UTG raises , just snap get it in.
Turn: I like your raise, you almost always have the best hand here since AK is super unlikely.
River: After he calls your raise, he either has a flush draw, Ax,8x, maybe 22+ depends how bad he is. 8x is folding to a bet. Half his flush draws get there and Ax is calling your bet.
This is a bad river card he has a lot of flushdraws and AJ. I slightly prefer X/C, since you often see complete spew from fish in these spots. From hands such as busted heart draws or even 8x that just randomly bets. If river was a blank , shoving is the best play to get called by Ax everytime.
It's definitely not bad to shove or anything. I just feel like it's slightly higher EV to X/C, since I can't see that many worse hands calling our shove on this river.
Hand 2)
Open raise is good. When there are fish in the blinds I tend to just make the open raise smaller with my whole range ,since I'm opening a wider. But you don't need too.
Flop : Slight overplay, we can just call his raise. It's not that good to get it in with the second nutflush draw, since he can be doing it with the nut flush draw , then we are screwed. As well as he always has at least 50% equity vs us and his raise cbet 15% is not ridiculous.
His raise with JJ,is horrible. You completely dominate him usually when getting it in.
Hand 3)
Pre : Standard
Flop: This raise is horrible. No equity, no backdoors. K hits his range way harder then ours.
Turn: Good
River: I mean you have trips in a 3 bet pot, so can't ever see myself folding.
Hand 4)
I would look to see if he is passive. Pot size donk on the turn, is really bad. Fish don't really bluff with this line. But I'm still never folding. On the river, my gut tells me to X/B because I really hate seeing a pot size donk on the turn. But shoving is of course +EV against a whale. Just a cooler IMO.
Hand 5)
Against this size pre, I would 4bet or fold. Most guys 3 bet a lot from the SB. So at Nl30, it's probably ok to 4/bet get it in.
On the turn, I'm calling and evaluating river. I would say , you have the best hand here a good amount of the time. Folding is alright, but a little tight IMO.
You're also blocking AA, KK, AQ. Which cuts down his value range quite a bit. If he checks river to you , you can bluff him off 77+ pretty often, with a big sizing. You also have implied outs on the A,K since if he has a bluff, he is probably betting these cards.
Hand 6)
If he is really folding turn 18%, then I'm betting here for value and check/calling blank rivers. This means he is calling any pair, any pair + heart and probably any straight + flush draw.
Overall, I think you played most of the hands well and variance is being a bitch .
