I added 9 flush outs + 3 Aces = 12 outs x 4 = 48% chance to win on river since hes all-in. I have backdoor straight too. So prob around 50% chance to win?

I prefer to play these hands aggro against ss since it creates an image where people are scared to play against you and/or call with worse hands when I have a monster. It helps with the blind stealing too.

Should I just call flop since my FE is down after his lead?

i missed the fact he was all in, that probably makes your final call ok
still not sure about your initial reraise on flop though, you are betting at 4/7 pot odds

I like your postflop play.
You could also isolate player, since his vpip is very large and often enough you take pot down pre-flop.
Flop is easy call- he could shove with worse flush or straight draw.

I noticed after the hand that I should have raised pf.
- How much should I bet pf to isolate?
- What do I do if he shoves pf after my bet?

In general I raise SB- Completer with any two, because it is mostly just trash, which they often fold.
My raise would be to 4BB and I fold against a shove then.

I would also raise 4bb and fold to his shove pf.
