Couple of things to write about
Yesterday it took me 4 hours straight with table selecting to get to 100 games. So it is not true I will need 50% extra time while table selecting, more like 30+% which is good news.
My hourly so far is really high, on 250 games mixing 15s with 30s I got 14-15% EV ROI... I was expecting 5%+ easy and I am right so far, I believe everything between 7 and 10% EV ROI is attainable with table selection on 15s.
Now onto some cool news !
I bought a Slow Juicer ! 
It might not be as exciting to some of you reading but this thing will really change my life. No more soda like coca cola and stuff. Today whole day I spent making and drinking various cocktails with fruit mixes. Super healthy and great.
After each of them you get immediate energy boost and focus regained whatever you are/were doing.
Plan is to make 2 drinks a day , 0.2dcl each mixing various things (orange, apple + lemon and other combos).
I am telling you this stuff works and its going to make weight loss and high energy levels work through out the day!
My cycling has been going really great. I am now on 25 minutes, next Monday look forward increasing to 30!
I wake up, eat breakfast and get to cycling with some TV show in the background. It is getting way easier now since I am already in my 4th week of cycling. In that time I skipped 4-5 days but overall my energy is higher each day and I am getting back in shape which makes me feel great in addition to all the things I am doing now

Purchased Schnitzelfishes guide to productivity today! Will be spending time in the future going over it all and applying it.
I consider myself to be very goal driven and overall motivated person but I got this to polish up and find new ways how to keep adding new things in my life (finding time for them all!).
I will write a review here about it when I go through it all, hope Primoz wont mind that
As far as grind goes, I am doing well in terms of games (1.2k games so far - 800 more to go this month) so today I might plays MicroMillions event on Stars just for fun

I play only Holdem, can play short handed as well as full ring, also don't mind 4 handed or HU , structures are also great.
Basically looking for MTTs up to 15$ with great value
I think it boils down rather to your sleeping schedule as events are long (up to 8-9 hours). Other than that, just relax and play everything you can 
(However, I'm tempted to play only Omaha events, as I suck hard with 2 cards, or at least there are many 2-card grinders who're less proficient in Omahas than even me but grind them for the sake of the leaderboard.)

One juice I like is beet+carrot+ginger (not too much ginger cause it is spicy). It has a little bit weird taste, but they say it is healthy as....

Omaha sounds like lots of fun. I know you would crush me EZ in that game - played it maybe once or twice in my life so far
There was only 1 event last night and it started around midnight so I went to grind 50ish 15s 6 max turbo instead.

Wrote already on my table selecting rules. There is specific mix of players I want in my games.
Having 2 fish or fish + unknown or 2 unknowns is a must. After that I look how many super aggro regs I get in table. If there is 2 , I immediately unregister from lobby and look for other game (unless there is 2 super aggros 2 fish 1 weak reg - then I go in right away).I am about to play now but I see lobby is full of aggro regs sitting in every table - so I have to wait to join the games.
Ikeksz, JuliusMM now in every single game for example. Then there is that guy Asscardsins who also swamps the tables in the afternoon.
Then you get other type of table which you want to avoid like rrrroth + elio + fishonpatrol. No need to enter this game - let them battle for 4% roi
I will also consider activating some Microgaming room to play HU hypers on the side while waiting for my Stars to get to 17 tables. Good thing about this is I can stop loading hypers immediately when my traffic is full. Will write about this more in future if I add them to my schedule

That's right my friend! Even Satriani has to work on his guitar and musical skills to publish new albums and make a living + challenge himself and move the bar higher! ♦
I want to start tracking every single thing short,mid and long term and Schnitzelfishes guide to productivity is awesome investment just for that!
I watched videos from it yesterday (while grinding 1 session) and this morning (around 7am I woke up so decided to finish watching it).
Today I will take time from my day and on each of the things I do but haven't set up tracking system to do so! Some things will be calendars, some to do lists, some something totally different.
Really awesome videos - for me at least. I haven't implemented things from it yet but I know it will help me with tracking motivating myself to go for more and organizing myself even better.
Already recommended it to all my students, recommend you guys give it a go. Its 68$ via PokerStars player to player transfer or 49 euro via Skrill.

Done for the day, very productive day overall.
Morning habits complete (also cycling in them 25 minutes), proceeded with 2 coaching sessions. After that made some new juice from slow juicer, ate lunch and watched Shnitzelfishes course again and wrote down bunch of useful notes.
Grinded 2 sessions with table selecting, past 2-3 days card distribution was pretty sick (was card dead late game always, make your pick 4/4 bubble hu it didn't matter!). EV kept going down , dropped to 7% EV since table selecting and then 2nd session today total domination and crushing + nice card distribution.
I also played very close to my A game today, tons of really good bluff catches in all phases vs all types of opponents, very happy how my HU was super solid today.
For all the graph hunters today's graph Will post the one since table selecting at around 2k games! EV is now 9.4% on 15s after 371 games of table selecting.
Heading home now to write the answers to all the questions from seminar + create/edit/polish systems I have in place and future ones!
Will write about my students in near future (very proud of all off them!) and some other things.

Everybody is overall doing really well, but if you want to read about specific people you can check the spoiler for each of them! I am super proud with pace they are improving, dedicating themselves and listening to my advices.
In return great things are happening for each of them which you can read more about bellow.
My brother

He has worked more in March then in February and he is definitely improving. He still has things to correct like HU and post flop for example, but he is definitely on the right track.
He puts very consistent volume (50 a day minimum) and mixes 2.75 and 5.5 euro on Microgaming. In a week time he will clear his FDB there and move back to Stars to play 3.5$ 6 max.
We have made the switch decision because within 2-3 months, he will be more then ready to play 7s and crush them. Also right now there is no traffic for 7$ + anywhere but Stars if you want to play 100 a day anytime of the day. So all roads lead to Stars
My best friend

He is on Microgaming mixing now 1.10 and 2.75 euro buy in grinding 4 tables at the time.
His game is improving day by day, his habit building is impressive to say the least! Let me just say that after 70 days of working with him (say 20 sessions) he is marking hands, writing thinking process pre and post flop, doing all the studying and review for all phases. Very impressive.
He will stay on Microgaming even after clearing the bonus simply because there is more value there for his level currently. He has great RB, he has win rate and on top of that he currently grinds 4 tables at the time. For that many tables there is enough to do the mix and play 50 a day minimum.
Future goals with him will be to increase multi tabling to 5 and 6 tables, work on his post flop more, improve mental game and get ready for mixing 1.10 up to 5.50. This will happen in next 2-3 months tops and he will by then make constantly 500+ euros post RB.
Curly

Curly is continuing to do really well on HU Hypers.
His win rate is above 56% on 2.75 limit after 2k games. Couple of days ago we switched to 5.50s and he has similar win rate after very small sample.
He is completing all the assignments I give him and is very dedicated in and out of the sessions. Super proud how he managed to turn around his mindset, start working hard (since February) and now he finally realizes that he can make great living playing poker.
Future goals with Curly are to stay on Microgaming and clear FDB playing just 5.50 hu hypers. In the meanwhile work hard, improve more and consider moving later to 15s and 30s Stars HU hypers!
Shile

Very impressive work from Shile! After working hard in February and clearing very small portion of the make up he was in, in March he moved to Stars.
He grinded in 15 days 1.2k games on 7s and made pre RB 993$ with ROI of 11.8% ! ! !
Very well done!
His mindset is much better then couple of months ago, all the hard work he put has increased his confidence and belief in his game.
He is also like Curly very motivated, hard working, doing all the assignments from sessions, sending me hands with thinking process and doing bunch of other life things besides poker.
He is now in 200$ make up which he already covers with RB. Amazing dedication, determination and hard work from him. I must say bravo for his efforts!
Plan with Shile is to stay on Stars, chase SN, play 7s for 2-3 months , in the meanwhile work hard to do things needed to crush 15s. If things work as planed, he will table select and mix 7s with 15s from June or July which will make his SN goal much easier!
Nikolas

After having talk with Nikolas and arranging the new deal, he started to do better then in February.
He now grinds more games and still plays 6-8 tables thanks to mixing the limits.
He is profitable pre RB but his game could use fine tuning.
We will have a session tomorrow and pay attention to leaks that were happening before + check the assignments.
Overall I am pleased with how he is doing, with more effort he should be able to move to 7s Stars also.
Plan with Nikolas is to stay on Microgaming as long as he doesn't increase his grind to 50+ games a day.
Also, once we remove the leaks he has, within 2 months he should be able to crush 7s Stars like Shile and Bjorne!
Bjorne

Bjorne has played in March 587 7s on Stars with 5.6% ROI!
He is running way bellow EV (EV is 9%+) and is really crushing them there.
I am very pleased with Bjorne's game, he just have to start grinding more finally.
With him plan is similar to Shile's. Within couple of months of sessions and polishing the game more, he will be ready to table select 15s and reach SN easier with pre RB profit of course!
Now something about systems and tracking!
Poker Systems
Today I spent whole day creating master system for Poker and then creating systems within it.
It was difficult at 1st as I wanted to add so many things and wasn't sure if I was doing it right. Luckily, once I started doing it and digging in deep what I want and expect with various different things Poker related, answers started presenting easily!
So today I created 6 different systems for Poker for which I created and linked all the sources too as well.
It was worth the time and investment and now my coaching will be way more automated and things I have planed for future are going to be much easier to reach!
For the end of this update I leave one really cool thing
Traveling
28th to 30th of March , I will be taking my brother, best friend and Curly on a trip!
We will visit Romania, city of Timisoara If any of you are there by any chance, write back - we can arrange a meet with some beers
I decided to take them on this trip as a big THANK YOU for all the work they have done since new year and since I started working/coaching on my own (early February).
I really look forward to the trip as I was never there and it should be lots of fun for all of us. We will check out the city, go out drinking and partying and in general enjoy it a lot.
