When i open my pokerstars account was tracked with pokerstrategy.For a period i was receiving ps points.After for no reason stop receiving points.I have contacted with pokerstars and pokerstrategy many times but the problem is not solved yet.
Can someone help me?

You are best off responding to our customer service through the tickets you have already opened. You can find one here:
They have more resources at their disposal and are likely to get to the bottom of it quicker.

if i would manage your case i would not even try to check your problem, because you are so "kind and polite". Did you ever tried to ask for help in polite manner as it would be usual? I feel with all stuffmebers, who have to manage such unfriendly requests like yours and even then they have to be polite and respektfull.
You reach much more in life with a bit of politness - just try it and you will see some things get solved from its own!! ♦
I am also interested which other way you whish to go because of your 30 Points.

You have continually been informed that the only way to resolve this problem is through our customer support team. If you are not prepared to do that, then that is your prerogative.
