Should I ever stop to think about KT here, or QQ? Opposition is almost always a flush draw or two-pair, surely

I don't think you can get away. Second nuts (third or whatever) can be expensive X(, but they can win sometimes too :)

I don't think that you should stop thinking about QQ and KT but keep in mind that villain has worse hands in his range aswell. And btw I think that QQ is really unlikely hand since villain only calls preflop, I think he would've reraised most of the time with QQ.

Did you have any reads on villain? I think 99-QQ is 3betting pre flop to avoid a squeeze and a 3way flop. This being said is villain flatting with AQ? I don't think so. This is most likely also re-raising pre flop. So that leaves flush draws (mostly combo draws GS+FD) and made straights. If you then plug this range into equilab AcTc,KcTc,QcTc,JcTc,Tc8c,9c8c,8c7c,KTo,KTs, we can see that villains range consists mostly of made straights 12 combos and combo draws 8 combos which makes 20 combos in total. This means even if you put weaker sets and two pair in villains range, 6 combos for QQ,99 and 6 combo of Q9,J9 totalling 12 combos which you are ahead of on the flop. I think this is optimistic as villain will not raise 2 pair on this flop very often. Also given that this is a multi way pot relative hand strength also decreases. So even with a re-draw things don't look great. Your equity on turn when if villain leads is also dramatically reduced. I think this should be a call IP and re-evaluate the turn. When the turn card comes it should be an easy check behind hoping to boat up or fold to continued aggression. Shame the BB didn't squeeze as you could have re-jammed pre.
