I dont' play nl10 with 10 buy-ins, mate. I play 5nl now with $140 roll, I played 10nl when my roll was about $220 but i withdrew two times $100.

But still this is bad man...
20BI is absolutely nothing, because 1 good downswing combined with a withdrawal or two can very easily bust you...
Do you live on your own? DO you pay rent?
I'm also wondering did you work on your mindset after loosing that initial $3K at all?

Playing against regs is not something most micro players do unless they have absolute confidence in their exploitative game.

@RakeVictim No offence man but if youre afraid that your girlfriend is about to dump you just because you have temporary money issues instead of supporting you in the hard times shes definitely not the one you should spend your life with ;). Think about it.

don't let your private problems break your mindset, i would suggest some sort of 10-15 warm-up before sessions like listening to a music that chills you out/makes you motivated, keep calm, don't give up and reach for your dreams

My grandmother passed away ( 82 yr), good thing is that a was never been close with her, so it wasn't something too bad. Prob karma will bite me, but I was more upset after the funeral when I decided to grind and my video card blow 
So for the last few days my computer didnt work and I couldnt grind. The IT guy wanted $90 for a new video card, but I had like $70. After we talk in for while he agreed to give me new one, but I have to pay him in $90 a week. The $70 which i have kept for food. So now i'm in debt even to a computer guy ♦
To laugh or cry- don't now, prob is better to laugh.
About poker, I played today but very short session, about ~1500 hands and made a profit of $15. My laptop is still not working properly, because when I open 4 tables + HM is veeeeery slow. Lagging too much. (cant see my card, when I press fold or raise i have to wait like 15 sec every time, it's so tilting) Tomorrow I'll go back to the computer guy.

Unfortunately, I pay rent. As I said before good thing is that my rent is paid for april, but till 11th of March I have to pay like ~ $100
I didn't work on my mindset, I even don't know how to work on my mindset. 
Just it was long time ago, after that I understood I was big fish on heater at that time and that's why I lost it. Not a big deal, that will never happen again.

I dont have a mentor, I just read a ton of articles from another forum and whatched more than 200gb poker videos from CR, Bluffire, DC, Leggo, etc

While i do agree with grindingmachine, i do not believe listening to music is the most effective way to warm up.
That could be enhancing your awareness, or it could just be preparation like going through hh's.

But holy shit. I think I spend more a month in coffee than $150. Actually I KNOW I spend more a month in coffee than that. Even excluding everything that isn't survival, I'd still need close to 20x that just to stay in my house and feed my family. That's without driving to work in a town with no public transit.
I know it feels like a bad time currently, but if you are serious about this as a lifestyle, you aren't going to get a better shot at it than right now.

preparation like going through hhs ? really ? do you want him to fall asleep before he gets to the tables ? .. Reviewing old sessions shouldn't be done before a new session. a session review should happen right after you end one.

Just finish my 1st session for today. Played for about 4.5 hours and made $42 bucks at 10nl. Also got some kind of a bonus $10. Next time I'll get $50 which must be nice. I was thinking to shot nl25 when I reach $400, because I wanted to have like 4bi to shot, but I'll do it later today with 3bi. Hope it works
I really want to climb to nl50 at the end of next week and shot nl100 till the end of the month, because this non stop grinding is killing me. Im playing like 10h+ every single day and it started to hurts. All I do is play from 9am to around 3pm then eat and watch some hands till 4-5pm and then play again till 11-12pm. Then sleep and do it again. That's even more than 10 hours a day. I think Im going crazy
If I climb to nl100, then I assume I'll make some money with less playing (around 5-6h per day)
