Hi guys, I'm looking for an advice for my next poker room

1. Which game type you play? (No limit? Sit & Go? MTT? PLO, Fixed Limit, Other?)

I want to play No limit

2. Which limit do you play? (example: NL25, SNG $11, FL .50/1)

NL 10

3. Short handed or full ring tables, or even Heads-Up?

Only SH

4. How much do you play? (e.g. I play 3 hours a week, or I generate $1000 rake/month)

I want to play 40k + hands per month, and improve all month

5. How many tables do you want to play?

I'm going to start with 4/5 but I want to add tables every month

6. What are your goals for the next 3+ months?

Level Up to NL25

I can't play on pokerstars because I don't have a track account.
Wich is better, zoom or normal?

Thanks guys

Hey Wee21Man,

Your best bet would be an iPoker skin. This will include Poker770, William Hill, Gala, Coral, Titan, Bet365, Betfair, Betfred, Winner, PaddyPower, Everest, Ladbrokes and Mansion.

iPoker have better traffic than MicroGaming.

William Hill generally has the best VIP point to StrategyPoint ratio as well as one of the best VIP systems and rakeback.

Another thing to remember is that iPoker now use Euros and GBP for their game buyins (No USD games).

Let me know if you need any further information.

Regards

Laz

Hi, thank you very much for your reply.

I prefer euro because I used that in my .it adventure.

Probably I'm going to start in William Hill.

Hey cowii,

First suggestion would obviously be PokerStars. If you already have an account there, then it really comes down to what times of day you want to play to find another room.

Also do you prefer fast fold or regular tables and I assume you would be 6max.

Laz

P.S. I have moved this to our specialised thread where you may get additional answers from players of similar limits.

Hey cowii,

I've taken a couple of screenshots at 11am Slovenian time.

At Microgaming with only 2.5k players online:

At iPoker with only 4k players online:

Weekday daytime is a bad time for traffic but these player numbers will continue to rise for the rest of the day.

It is not necessary to post a screenshot of PokerStars as they will have traffic 24/7.

I will check again in about 4 hours

Feel free to ask more questions

Regards

Laz

Hey pyure,

This leaves you with 2 options. A MicroGaming skin or an iPoker skin.

The problem with Blaze on MG is that it doesn't start until NL10 although the traffic is pretty good and would probably be softer than normal NL10.

On iPoker there is very nice traffic at Speed NL5 and they have NL20, not NL25.

Something else to keep in mind is that on both networks, the buyins are in Euros.

If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Laz

Hey cowii,

My suggestion would be PokerHeaven on the MicroGaming network.

You will be eligible for a 200% FDB up to €1,000 as well as lifetime Platinum status (MG's Platinum not PokerStrategy) and guaranteed 30% Rakeback.

Another advantage is that you could sign up for their Ongame room as well and play there off your MicroGaming account.

Hey adasko99,

What limits do you play?

Which days and times are you looking to play? (Please specify time zone)

Which rooms do you already play at?

The thing is that if i find suitable games i can adapt to suit their limits/times/days etc.

I could play anything from PLO2 to PLO50 really.

I usually play in the evenings or at nights, pretty much every day of the week or weekend if free.

I currently play at PokerStars

Hey pedrofurlanetto,

Where are you playing at the moment? Because if you don't play at PokerStars then that's the place to be.
