Why does this always seem to happen to me???
I play good solid poker but always seem to be on the bad side of variance!!!

Played that hand perfectly didn't I?
This is just one of the many bad beats that seem to always happen to me.
When roles are reversed I don't win the flip when I'm stronger.
Examples from tonight:
AK v 47o - Raised pre flop 3 x BB (300), get called by the 47o & flop is 4A7 - you can guess what happened next ![]()
Short stack goes all in for 300, I call with 33 & go for a flip against J10s. J on the flop! - Nothing wrong with his play or mine - just unlucky again.
Sorry I just needed to vent my anger somewhere.
I seriously wonder whether poker is for me!
