Today played on ipoker ~5k hands.
Whenewer I play there I have a feeling that someone has put a bad luck on my profile.
speed NL20 is full of shortstacks that check TP and overpairs and then come with bet on river out of nowhere. Hate them, but have to love them - I hope they will bring some $ for my bankroll eventually.

It feels that ipoker wants me to start with a downswing and if I stay long enough it rewards with some chunk of $.
Love today.

Although I asked for advice on wich room to choose after PS will not issue strategypoints for playing on partypoker and ipoker looks fairly ok with ~40% rakeback if I play NL20/NL50.
I gues I will have to start to like ipoker.
Stars? I am afraid of player pool there - rumours say that there are a lot of regs.

The ipoker period is over for some while.

Now happy grinding on partypoker and crushing pre-rakeback.

I have to learn some manners to respect flop raises with following bet on turn, turn raises and sudden river pot size bets or jams.

Life-wise - people say that I am unemployed due to recent event with loosing a job and think I have the whole time on earth to all sort of stuff not related with making money.

AM I REALLY UNEMPLOYED? I THINK NOT.

The question is - how to persue closest people to understand it and give some respect?

*Less important note to myself - PLATINUM reached for the third month in a row.

March is a disaster EV vise. Almost ate my whole stack if stop loss would not have stopped it.

* ordered my new hoodie prom partypoker
* withdraw the leftover money from partypoker
* changed room to ipoker and starting off with NL5 speed.

Did 4500 hands in one day and guess what happened:

Easter grinding plans:
Monday 2x3h
Tuesday and wednesday 3x3h
Thurday 2x3h
Friday 3x3h

With 600h/h that should result above 20k hands.

So far I have been crushing nl5 easily.
Wierd thing about ipoker is that during the day time there are no nl10 speed tables so I took a shot at nl20 and run below ev. So the next week will grind back to rebuild bankroll there.

Hi ilioas,

I like your approach, pretty hard core and determinant, just like poker players should be.

Also, nice results (great looking graphs)

Looking forward to read more from you,

Best of luck,
Fran

I do not know if I did the right thing by keeping those extra tables.
I tried to be as focused as possible and I was feeling ok during the sessions. Did not let myself to tilt but there were a lot of coolers.

Anyway - IPOKER IS RIGGED today

*decided to make it in bb's instead so it is more clear how much can you feed the variance

Have a nice evening!

Today had a friend coming over so had to cut the evening session.
I reduced table amount to 4 and was going for quality over quantity.
The results are reasonable I suppose. By the end of second session I was not able to get a single good winning hand that goes to showdown.

Although another improvement was flop Cbet. Quite a discussion is going on Rihard4a blog about how tight or loose you have to be at NLHE. Today my Flop cbet was around 75%. TAG

The graph:

Your red line seems to be going steep downwards from a certain point. Do you change style to conserve your winnings at some point?

Those are 2 sessions. The first one might be a bit more agressive therefore red one goes up and blue line freezes.
The other session was almost the same but maby the agression on later streets was not such high and had some tight laydowns in few larger pots.

Was 0,5h short but volume is enough because of 4 tabling instead of 3 tabling as planned.

Today was agressive as devil. At some point was scared of what am I doing but turned out for the most cases that they were more scared. So "all in" - good.

What is regards redline - when I try to go to showdon more - it goes down. When I am agressive in general, it goes up but blue line freezes.
From what I see today is that going to showdown gives a rising green line instead being agressive just keeps it steady. Wierd.

Wee so far is going almost as planned. Next week I may give another try at higher limit. This time I will try to get at the tables when NL10 is running on ipoker.
Can someone tell me why NL10 is not running on ipoker during the daytime?

Well played sir:

This week has not been established pokerwise. Had all sort of things starting from the free Eastern day and some physical labour (nice hourly though).
Yestereay grinded a bit on a sideaccount to keep the gold status this month and ended up break even after 3h of grind.
