If it makes much difference I'm playing about 23/21 with a fold to 3b of around 70

AT call there pre flop seems a little loose because we are in CO. I don't mind the call if we are in BU. His 3bet size is reasonable because of your stack size, there is no need to 3bet so big for fold equity against you.

On the flop if we think he's bluffing there is no need to jam, we can call and take the pot away later or check for A high showdown since we are in position. And if we want to bluff with a jam we don't want to go too crazy with every over card so we want some kind of equity, we should only be jamming here at max 15% of the time so we want some kind of draw like the nut flush draw or gutshot plus flush kind of thing.

Firstly I think there is ever a need to jam on this flop. But if we do decide to jam, then we need to use gto to find out what's his non profitable calling frequency. Meaning if he calls everytime he will not make money or lose money

So we should be jamming here good hands like JJ 77 QQ+ nut flush draw etc and that's about 5% of our hands. And when we jam He risks 25bb to win 80bb so he needs to win 31-32% of the time. So we throw in bluff combinations like AK KQ AQ and so on which makes around 15% of our hands.

And as you see it does not make sense for us to raise JJ 77 or even nut flush draws which is why I advocate that we should not have a raising range on this flop.
