This is entirely in pokerstrategy.coms hands.
They've had the last vid for over 3 weeks now. I'm a little disappointed, it's killed the momentum of the series.
Anyway just sit tight I guess.

Ok, the winner of the first coaching session is (and there will be more don't worry!) is....
Alleen86
Great job with both homeworks and the spreadsheet.
Thanks a lot to everyone who submitted the homework, there was a lot of good stuff in the thread - I wish I could give free coaching to everyone but I don't want to end up broke =D
More free sessions up for grabs as the series progresses. Please just sit tight for the next episode (it can't be much longer now).
(Alleen86 msg me in the community or skype or whatever)
Hi Guys
The 3rd video will be out this week, unfortunately it was held back due to technical issues, nothing due to us not wanting to release it

Hey Alleen, the links are not working anymore![]()
Hmm, yeah I saw that now.. Will check later what's the problem.
EDIT: From some reason, Dropbox disabled all my links, so I created a new one. Now the files can be downloaded here.
Thanks w34z3l. I always loved your vids and your accent is very nice to listen to. Thanks for that series!
Anyone interested in creating something like a learning group. Where we can spectate each other playing or show each other's hand?
To me, I have played NL20 on winner.poker, but can only play on stars, since I'm in Hong Kong right now. I had 1,99$ left and am at 25$ right now, trying to get to a higher limit. But this time I don't want to play NL20 breakeven!
Anyone interested?
Thanks a lot. I have been thinking some time to create something like this but was too lazy... This is really great!! ♠_thumbsup:

I'm working alot with Excel, so it didn't take too much time to make this.
Hey,
I am applying w34z3l ranges at NL2 Zoom at pokerstars. It's going quite well. I have to say, for beginners, it is very important to stick to ranges. I played 6k hands over the last 3 days and most of villain are still unknown or hardly any information. So playing an overall well constructed strategy is key.
I equilabed the ranges, made pictures, and tried to memorize at least the opening ranges, while my GF had a 2 hour visit a beauty shop. While playing I constantly check, whether or not I am in the range. I needed to do it every hand, now I usually only have to look up borderline hands. I advise all of you non-so-good players, to stick to those ranges, until you have a very good feeling of what should be opened and called at a position. Some things I really would've never done, like not 3betting AK. But it saved me sooooooo much trouble.
The ranges work very well, especially the cold call ranges. I don't 3bet bluff a lot, since I don't see many profitable spots. I needed to fix a big leak, calling too much to F/T/R bets, but since the adjustment, I have about 10bb/100 hands (6k hands) with those ranges. You could go much higher, if you don't play as bad as me! ♦
Just wanted to give a feedback, how the ranges are working for one of the w34z3l follower.
Thanks you, mr. w34z3l!!
Hi weazel,
I wonder why your ranges differ sometimes from Jandas ranges. Is it because Janda plays higher stakes and we should modify our ranges a little bit because we play @ the micros?
What is part 3 about?
Looking forward to it! ♠_thumbsup:
Are there any ranges about Calling a 3bet or 4bet/folding from different positions? or yet to come

Yes, Jandas ranges are his estimation of theoretical optimal ranges. They are designed to be used vs theoretical optimal opponents. There are likely none of these at the micro stakes. For this reason the ranges will differ because they are based around exploiting the tendencies of the average micro-stakes player.
Part 3 is about configuring and using a HUD.
