well you dont have a real samplesize on him, but lets assume these numbers above are his barreling frequencies.

If this is the case i really hate c/c here! will get in an ugly spot on every single turn, not to mention your River Puking possibilities if you elect to call another street.

Especially vs someone who is barreling a lot you want to have hands in your c/c range that can continue on a lot of Turns and therefore also a decent amount of Rivers.
The hand above is not such hand!

As a standard line id suggest c/f this flop although it sounds weak.

If you prefere baring your teeth and fight back instead you could consider leading or c/r here, depending on his tendencies.

As im in love with spewy play i would like to bring up the following line to discussion:

c/c flop, ott: c/r any A and 6 or lower, c/c 8,9,K and any heart that completes a straight other than 6 (depending on his betsize).

Sure its high variance, but someone needs to punish those barrel maniacs ♦

I like the line that you suggest against a comfirmed aggressive player, not precisely this one because like you said is a very low sample to do this, but with sample size of at least 500 hands and barrel frequencies like 72/60/50, or higher, without having fear of variance, and wanting to fight back, sure I like that line.

And yeah, my call flop didn't like me because I had to fold turn, but I guess an alternative line could be played against a likely reg other than ch/f.

good points by both. I would add that if you take a passive line this turn is perfect to again c/c here. We can safely c/f river, as his 100% cbet otr here has to be a sample issue number.
