If you're absolutely sure that that's his range then who am I to judge. It still seems like a long shot to me, but if you have good reads then you probably know best. 
But even then it should probably still be a fold.
Folding is always 0 EV. The 7bb you invested are technically no longer yours. By folding you risk nothing else, so folding always has an EV of 0, rather than the -700bb/100 you mentioned.
So if the call is also 0 EV (like you said) then there's the rake to consider, which makes the call slightly -EV. On top of that, calling comes with a ton of variance, whereas folding obviously doesn't.

Pretty much exactly what I was going to say. Rake makes b/c w/A5o a -ev play imo.
Yeah folding is -700bb/hh so we're looking to win > -700bb/hh. But I think its very ambitious to see something like K8o (unless you've seen him shove similar holdings before). I'd say our equity against his range is ~45% max, probably closer to 40%. So with 40-45% equity and rake I'm not so sure it's +ev. That or I'm playing on the wrong site!
How come you make it 7bb preflop anyway?
