I actually quite rate him 
He was a rock for Bayern. Fair enough had a shakey start with Man City but he was recovering from injuries and adjusting to a new league at the same time. Plus a lot of the high profile errors weren't really his fault; City v Barca springs to mind when Kompany left him completely exposed... He should've let Messi score rather than bring him down and get sent off, but Kompany really screwed him!
He's 33 and lost his pace but with Gago + Banega (or whoever plays holding) sitting infront of him he'll do ok imo.
But after saying all that it'll probably be Mascherano & Garay playing CB haha

Other than that, yeah there's not much that's slower than Demichelis 
And another injury for us ffs! After Van der Wiel and Strootman, now Van der Vaart also has to miss the WC due to an injury. That's two of our best midfielders and easily our best right back that we have to miss so we're definitely missing some key players.
With Schaars and Willems also being injured, that brings the total up to 5 injuries for us 
But I'm not worried, I'm still convinced that we'll at least be able to get through the group stages, and then we'll get destroyed by Brazil in the round of 16

Pretty well!
We had a pretty good performance against Ghana, easily could've been 3-0 or so. Plus we didn't give away any chances which is good. Looks like our new 5-3-2 formation might be paying off already!
Haven't really followed the other friendlies too much, but Belgium beating Sweden was pretty cool.
No England supporters?
The group is tough, they should totally try to win it. And if they leave Italy 3rd, my dreams will come true 
Don't forget, there is also Uruguay in there ♠_biggrin:

I've got a few things on actually, if everything goes perfectly I'll make quite a lot. Have a fair few longshots in there though including the obligatory fiver on England.
Think my bet on Spain at 8/1 is my best value.
