Postflop: Why are we playing so passive vs a fish guy?

Imo this is an easy 3-barrel (bet/folding the river).

I don't think there is too much value in that river. After his limp/call he have all of 6x, 2pairs. etc

I think he should have ~40% of starting hands. Let's try to figure out his river range and see our equity edge with QQ before betting.

Your equity is not very high here. This is a very clear check on the River - You cannot value bet when there is a 4-straight on the flop.

So the next question is whether we check/call or check/fold.
We have to ask ourselves whether our opponent has enough busted draws or not. I think he has A9/K9/Q9, J:hX:h, maybe some A:hX:h. He should have more than enough bluffs i think.

With this bet size and more than 30% equity, it's a call if my assumptions are right (that he has many busted draws and he only value bets straights or better).

If I add more sets and some 2pairs, it's still 34% so I would call anyway.
