In this week Im not very patient. I play too fast and are angry on villins - mostly on nl50 fish. I tried to find the root and will work on it in the next week. Im sure I will be able to handle this problem.

week in review
In the first days of the week I was not satisfied with my game. I played too fast and didnt thought deeply enaugh. I also had problems to play nl50 again. I discovered my mistakes and try my best next month to get my old winrate. In the last 4 days everything was fine and I have a > 20BB/100 hands. I also played slower, thought deep and didnt make any big mistakes.

To be quiet honest I played to many 1 minutes games in chess. I was addicted to this games. Unfortunately I played 1 or 2 nights until the morning. All in all I have to say that I didnt learn much in this 1 minute games. I doesnot have much to do with chess. Its just speed. I will try my best to manage thise problem and play longer chess games (just at the weekend). That is more fun and I learn much more.

It was an interesting week. In the first days I played poker well. I took up my time and thought deeply enaugh. Handreading was also fine. In the last 2 days I had to find a place for holiday. It took 2 days of my time, so I had no time for poker. Next week I will play like always.

In chess I try to fix a thought process when I play (1) mail games (2) 5 minute games and (3) at least 15 minute games. I will try my thought process next week and report about it in the next week. Have a relaxed weekend.

Im not very constant and disciplined. Next week I will start to write my playing time down again. I didnt take up enaugh time and was too lazy too think deeply. I will also try to implement an process where I pay attention permanently. More about this when I have a concept.

I had a week of thinking. First I played too fast and had to find the cause which was that I was angry on villain. So I had a hidden tilt which I try to eliminate next week. I will also add some visualisation exercises to improve in thinking in photos. I hope to get more reads and that I can remember faster than before.

In chess I will just focus on tactics and play some live games at the weekend. I will also improve my endgame and strategic skills. I also add the philodor opening to my chess opening knowledge.

Yeah, I played nl400 regs from december 2013 to april 2014. The problem is that 95 from 100 players sit out instantly. 4 will play me 10 hands and quit and just 1 villain will play me more than 20 hands. So I added nl50 in may and play regs when I have no action.

learning goal: take up time
The most important goal is take up time. So I will concentrate on this goal mainly. I also have some side goals like handreading at the river, analyse showdowns, pay attention to the betsizes and plan the hand. In the next days I will be on holiday so that I will blog again next week. I wish you gl at the tables and have fun with the wm.

In the last week I just had a few days for poker. I tried my best to improve and was satisfied. I also thought about improving my worsed part of the game. I think I should be focus on making desicions and trying to avoid bad thoughts which cause tilt. In the middle of the week I started my short holiday and feel relaxed now. I will start playing poker today.

learning goal: (1) tilt reduction (2) increase my attention (3) beeing more disciplined
I discovered that I have some tilt which lead to not reaching my goals. I think the main reason for getting on tilt is how you judge a situation. When you play a hand well and you are aware of it its not very likely that you get on tilt. Often I just see that I run well a lost a pot without evaluation the situation. I will try to eliminate this big leak.

How can I increase my attention? My biggest leak in the past that I didnt get enaugh sleep. So I get tired earlier I dont play my a game and the danger to get on tilt is much higher. So I will try to focus to get enaugh sleep every night. I have discipline but not on every field. Sometimes it happens that should switch off the computer but I watch a chess game or read something. That is not good and very productive. So I wll try to eliminate all 3 goals a keep records everyday.

My week was ok. I try to focus to new goals to improve my game. I also discovered my main leak for beeing break even on nl50. I call sometimes too much. I will try to eliminate this leak. Next month I will try to beat my best month. I relaxed and are ready to attack.

To reduce the danger to get on tilt I add another method. I smile 1 minute when I run bad. I influence my feelings in a positive way. Try it and you will see that Im right. You can also use this method for privat things when you are upset. In the last 2 days I got about 1 hour less sleep than planned (watched the german game on monday). I also got just 1 hours distraction but that is ok for the beginning.

if this is any piece of dynamic, i.e. aggro monkey, some history of floats or we 3bet a ton, I would call. looks a lot like AK actually.

Versus more nitty-passive ones, I would fold. We'll find a better spot. patience is the king.

I think he could have float a lot of hands. Betting the turn is not good. So what is better (cc Turn or cf). I think cc is fine. Villain is a fish and they cant valuebet thin and with a weaker PP he would check.

I was not satisfied with the week. On almost every I had a great start and played fine. After some hours I was disctracted by some suck outs and got not concentrated enaugh and made some stupid mistakes by bad villain selection and some stupid calls. At the weekend I reread the book "Understand feelings and remove problems" and discovered that I dont apply (1) the ABC of the feeling and (2) the health thought enaugh and that I should repeat my visualisation exercises not just 1 times a day instead I should have done it at least 4 times a day. I will try to improve in these things and give a detailed report when I was successfull in following this goals.

By making visualisation exercises Im much better in avoiding tilt. In this exercises I prepare by imagination of the situation. Im very satisfied with my progress. I will also try to take up more time in which I can constantly check my mental questions and of course my thought process. In the last weeks I also had some problems with villain selection so that I will focus on this goal.
