You should bet bigger on the flop, especially at the micro stakes. Between 40 and 60% pot size should be right. since there are some straight draws out, i would at least bet above 1/2 pot size here.

If you bet the turn again, to charge the draws or 77 > pockets > QQ once more, also bet bigger. about 1/2 pot size at least.

On the river i would rather check/call or check/fold depending on villains betsize.

You most likely won't get any more value from hands weaker than yours if you bet a third time by yourself. so just check to give villain the opportunity to bluff his missed draws and to get a cheap showdown in case he hitted turn or river.

Playing this limit as well, I will have definitely bet bigger on flop and turn! 1/2 or 2/3 pot because at this limit, people have a tendency to be CS.
I think the fold is ok on the river but I noticed quite often that in micro when the board double pair they move in with A high but you need more info on the player of course.
