hi i do not like donking a hand like this, it does not turn good equity and leaves us in spots like this where we have to go ahead turning into bluff draws with no blockers or give up and x/f.

yeah c/c is probably the standard play here, even tho that is akward as well. The donk itself isn't bad, especially given the tendencies that people at this level often call flop to basically fold any turn.
