KJs - Limp from SB

depending on the players I would definitely take the chance to raise preflop with a high suited Broadway, you don't need to wait for KQs+
MP+1 plays 30% of his hands, right? Hm he seems tightish but not really aggressive, atleast not preflop, so this man doesn't like to gamble. I think a raise would've been right here, especially in combination with the CO that plays most of his hands preflop and 3bets a lot, that means you can get action from him and probably squeeze chips out of him since his range seems too wide to be succesfull often enough - especially against a hand like KJs.

Ok I'd probably limp, too, because you're OOP but I think a raise here would be for value and that's what you wanna do: Play your top ~25% of hands for value.

BB seems kinda passive, so you'd get away with it.
Think about it, tho: If you overanalyze it your expectations of your gamestyle later on will become unreal. Literally. You can't play like a machine. Just look at their basic stats.
You got a nit a kinda Tight passive guy and a Loose aggressive guy on the Cutoff.
These thoughts are made AFTER looking at it carefully.
In that very situation you gotta know what you think you can do against these players.

Is your hand vs. their range and playing style (TAG, nitty, etc.) good enough to gamble chips when OOP?
How well do they play Postflop?
These are the real factors to me.

I'd call here preflop with KQs and KJs. We're out of position and I prefer to play a smaller pot here.

Flop I like a lead for 3/4- full pot. On a blank turn I would be betting large again.
