This is not a donk as aggressor checked so betting is the correct play. I like your 3bet,vs limping button you should be ahead often enough for this.

Well played! I like 3betting the Flop as well. When you equilate his Range, you'll see yourself as still enough of a favourite. He might raise with a decent amount of draws like Q8 QT T8 with flushdraws and raising 9x with someflushdraw along. In case you don't have a flushdraw , 3betting becomes too thin and i'd rather prefer just calling down but with a decent flushdraw along to your toppair i don't mind 3betting either and with your read that he's a fish, i like it even more. As dawnfall said, once you made the flush, it's a bet/call on Turn and River. Raising on those boards polarize your range too much. It means you can just raise with K and A 
but fishes tend to be even more polarized since they don't fee comfortable putting in thin valueraises. So their bluffingrange becomes larger. bet/call is fine!
