Preflop 3b for value is fine.

I expect cbetting flop to have positive expectation in a vacuum but I imagine checking back is generally the strongest option here.

When opponents checks the turn though it's usually get to put out a small bet for value/protection.

River value bet is fine. Bet/call is reasonable but won't be hugely profitable since a lot of guys don't bluff-raise river at these limits. Our small sizing may induce from time to time though.

When you say that, in vaccum (didn't know this expression, had to google it :P), you expect a flop cbet but in this case checking is stronger, is it because we hold the Qh or is there more to it?
Regarding the turn bet, what would be a good size? A little bit above half pot?

What I'm essentially saying is that I think both cbetting and checking make money. However checking is probably the best option with this particular holding.

The reason is that hand makes a pretty decent bluffcatcher on the turn but is too strong to be bluffing flop with. There are other much weaker hands we'd prefer to bluff flop with that we can't bluffcatch turn with.

Turn bet doesn't need to be large, 1/2 pot is fine.

Are you saying that QQ cannot value bet the flop vs a non crazy villain who flats a 3b oop from MP, I.e. he has Ax or he will fold.

It depends on villain. If he knows that this is a great flop to bluff at then he may float your bet. If he's playing fit or fold then you are isolating yourself vs better by betting the flop. Even if he's a non-believer (station) you probably still only have 2 streets vs worse hands. As w34z3l says you can/should bluff this flop with a wide range (sc's + BWs you bluff 3bet with) as you're gonna have to check/fold them unimproved on the turn, whereas you have underrepped qq by checking the flop so villain is more likely to bluff or value bet worse.
