Since you don't beat much, but you also don't fold much that has you beat, it is better to just check it and call a small bet on the river if a blank hits to bluffcatch draws and lower pairs. Also just call if you complete your straight on the river, since worse hands won't call a raise with 4 cards to the straight on the board.

The only thing you extract value from on the turn are draws, which are unlikely because you have 2 blockers for the straight and if villain would have made a flush draw on the turn, he would probably bet it, considering his stats.

I would fold to an ace or a doubled jack on the river.
