Like u know in pokerstars u can only have 1 account and i alrdy have my old accound how can i play that freeroll if i cant make other account from pokerstrategy?

I think that is impossible, you're asking, contact the customer service that is the best option that you can get at least think so ..

Unfortunately if your PokerStars account wasn't created through us, then you won't be able to play.
However we have our own freerolls at other rooms as well. Take advantage of a free money offer and then you would be eligible to play the PokerStrategy Daily Freeroll at that room.
