I'm currently at army, and the only computer I can use is public, so I can't download a poker software to this computer. What are the best poker sites to play from download-free client?

Paddypower poker - part of Ipoker network and Party Poker both advertise no download clients. Think their flash based which should be OK for you. I haven't used them so cannot comment on how well they work.
If you decide to sign-up for Paddypower or 888 make sure and do it through Pokerstrategy to get the benefits.
