Did deposit the 200$ for the bonus, however it does exchange my money twice? i have a USD skrill, deposited 200, and it took 215$ cuz of the exchange fees, what is this? never had it before

Contacted support to ask to change my account $ > € they replied it already was.

Deposited: exchange rate 1,22 $/€
Withdrew: exchange rate 1,32 $/€

I'm happy to report that regarding the imbahness case, this was caused by his account being in a different currency. We have now changed the account to USD currency and have credited back the $15 charge.
