Hi I just had to install new PS UK software.
My HM2 is not displaying my HUD and all my opponents are mixed up. I've tried the preferred seating options and this does not help can you?
Oh and it just recorded 11 hands out of about 300!!!

uninstalled totally and reinstalled PS software and I'm back!

Mine went tits up again today.
You may need to go to setting/handhistory and check the save hand history box again as I did.
After trying various stuff. I'd have been doomed without my computer guru friend ♦

Pokerstars.uk also saves hands to a different folder
user/appdata/local/pokerstars.uk/handhistory
