this guy is so aggresive
if I don't have A8, lets say AK or AQ
tough tough tough spot, might fold:(
Let me try to understand this hand.
Villain is very aggressive, but you consider a fold to his riverraise, wouldn't you have had A8 for the FH.
Would you be able to comment on your gameplan for this spot? You probably open very wide on the button but 3BB Openraise indicates that you probably don't go beyond 60% OR.
Despite 3BB I give the BU a typical call range, because you said he is a little bit more aggressive. So: AsAc, KdKh,KdKs,KdKc,99-22, AJs-A2s, K2s+, Q2s+, J6s+, T6s+, 96s+, 85s+, 75s+, 64s+, 54s, AJo-A2o, K7o+, Q7o+, J7o+, T8o+, 98o - almost 600 combos, probably too much vs 3bb
Well, anyways: what I am interested in would be your betting ranges on flop, turn and especially the river. Can you roughly describe what you bet&what you check and what you think your opponent is doing?
In my thinking the betsize on the river looks strange: You bet pre, flop on a paired board, turn when the scarecard came - and now on the river you again bet 3/4 pot. Do you think -not minding your concrete hand- that this is the perfect betsize? I think there is a more optimal point in betting smaller like 1/2 because it makes your 3barrels cheaper but of course balances out with the amount of bluffcatcher-calls that you will get more. In the end it is the question about ranges and what your bluff/value ratio is here.
(.oO hopefully all this does not sound too stupid)
