Hi,
Since a week I started playing on pokerstars. I followed the instructions at this site. I filled in my user ID on the website and played a week on pokerstars but I dont get strategy points on this website.
I googled this problem and found out that you have to download the software from this website (what I did) and activate information sharing. I cant find that option in my pokerstars client.
I hope someone can tell me what I need to do.

Try reverting to PokerStars 6 and then if you have signed up through us, the information sharing option should be visible under the 'Requests' menu.

You say that you can't find 'Information Sharing' in PokerStars client. That means you did something wrongly during registration process (e.g. you didn't clear your browser's cookies before downloading PokerStars) and unfortunately you won't be able to collect SP while playing on this poker room. 
Remember that you can still play and gather SP at other rooms.

Well thanx for the quick responses.
I reverted to 6 and there is no button.
The cookies seem to be the problem.
Its a bit weird though that you need to clear cookies to get points.
Other pokerrooms is not an option I am afraid.
Got 600$ bonus to clear.
