I would play pre the same, I would just push with more info and with a villain stat like 40/10.

I would prefer the ch/raise line on the flop, this fishes are too stupid too bet with second pairs, that's why I think there is more value in the ch/r than leading flop.

nh imo!
Pre is standard.
On the flop the lead is fine since there is no preflop aggressor and you want to get some value while also protecting your hand.
Turn is fine as well. No way that I fold here. He has multiple FD's in his range, a few bluffs and even midpairs.
