Click on "Settings"

There you scroll down and click on "Edit Signature". The rest should be pretty easy.

When you are at the "Edit Signature" site -> underneath is a button called "Options" or "Advanced" or something like that -> click on it and it wil show two option one of them is "Disable BB Code" you have to uncheck it.

Regarding the name -> look at your signature now and replace "Link Text..." with whatever you want to call your blog in your signature.
