New Year’s ReVolution – 180 SNG MTTs

Just finished a world class discussion with Ari from the stoneage, who is still upset about yesterday, even though he just said about two days ago "I don't care who is f'cking here, she's dead to me"... Now he feels kind of insultet about what happened last night, and acts like we would be best friends...

Just because we stay at the same place and speak the same language doesn't make us friends... how could I ever be friends with someone who is obviously still behaving like a teenager, thinking drinking is a competition and calling every girl sl*t, b*tch or wh*re if she doesn't want to sleep with him...

I'd like to have your opinion on that even though I know it's not really an intelligent topic BUT... if you'd make out with a girl and then tell your flatmates (not friends) that she's dead to you, and you don't care who she goes to bed with -> would you then bitch around like a little kid when one of your flatmates makes out with her after that?

Ofc it would be different if they would have been in a relationship but fact is she told us yesterday before he arrived that she doesn't like him, because he always behaves like a retard...

Anyway kind of pisses me of... and now he's like "oh I would've f*cked her at least one or two times so now you owe me a girl for one or two f*cks" lol...
Told him straight up, that's not gonna happen, and that I have a different point of view on those things, but since I'm stuck with him until Jino throws him out or he does something stupid again (so Jino throws him out) I try always to find a way to talk to him without making living together more horrible than it already is... that sad -> I'd love your feedback on the "bros before hoes" topic... but keep in mind he is not my bro

Well there would be no drama, with my friends. But that guy is just not like my friends and even though everybody here doesn't like him (and I'm not kidding everybody here tries to avoid him, at the end the usually dump him on me...) the main problem is the Filipino culture... they are too friendly, so even though Jino doesn't like him, is annoyed by him, thinks he is a bit stupid and so on he just can't throw him out... that's why I'm begging for Ari to make another huge mistake so Jino finally has enough of him.

I have a friend just like Ari. He's nearly 30 now but he has no inclination of growing up any time soon. All he talks about is bitches and who he's fucked in the last few weeks etc. I mean I am happy for him but I don't care about that life any more

Well that's the point, I don't even see him as a friend. But since I'm more or less guest here too, it's not up to me to get rid of him. Annyway, I'm sure it won't take long until he drinks too much again, and starts throwing ice cubes into peoples faces or just hits one of our friends again for nothing (like turning on the fan ^^)... it's just a matter of time, since he also doesn't listen to us when we tell him those things are not ok, all he has to say is "I was so drunk, I don't remember." or "I don't believe you, you are just kidding to tease me."

Well I guess it's time for another update, since I planned to only take Saturdays off I have to stick to that, and actually I really enjoy sharing my progress and some highlights/problems from my private life here.

So it's day 9 now and it has been a pretty lazy day so far. Yesterday (I guess I announced it before) we (Jino, Raf, Ari and me) went to the cinema to enjoy "Seventh Son" at the Mall of Asia (MOA). We actually planned to watch it at 8PM but unfortunately we had to wait for a friend (JV) so we bought tickets for 9:30pm.

So in the meantime we went to the "amusement park" in front of the mall (seaside).
Here some impressions from there, even though the pics aren't that great, cause my Nokia Lumia 920 has a problem with light sources at night.

we didn't ride it this time, because Ari was afraid, and Jino doesn't like that stuff in general. BUT last time I've been there with Jino, Justin, Mutya, Raf and Rinna (a friend from Thailand) they didn't know that it was going like this in the air, and we got there while it was on the ground, so I told them it's just spinning in circles on the ground and got half of them on it ... Once it started they were cursing at me like crazy, and just screaming all the time... When we got off Mutya looked like she went swimming with her clothes sweating all over and still having tears running down her face...

So, since we had to wait almost two hours for the movie, we decided to get something to eat, so Jino suggested some kind of kebap but with some strange beef. I decided to give it a try, but Ari refused even though he just mentioned a bit earlier that he is really hungry...

oh did I mention he decided to not watch the movie, because it's in English, without German subtitles... I mean seriously... Best way to improve his English a bit, and he still doesn't even try, and prefered to sit at a bar alone for two hours and get drunk...

So, anyway we watched the movie and meet him again, and he was pretty suprised that we wanted to go home, since we had visitors waiting (Miriam and Pookie)... while we enjoyed the movie, he enjoyed some drinks and also bought a bottle of vodka + energy drinks for us to drink later. We arrived home around midnight and started drinking, but I got so annoyed by him talking that I gave up at 5:20am and went to bed. For a change he didn't do anything stupid that night, so I still have to deal with him a while longer.
I woke up at 3pm and felt like shit, so first action was to remove the planned poker session from my shedule. Don't think that it's a good idea to play when I'm not fit. Ari wasn't here, so I asked Jino and he told me that Ari went to meet a girl from a online dating site at SM Bacoor (shopping mall) and that he left before noon. Now it's close to 8:30pm and we haven't heard from him so far...
I spent the day in bed, watching some movies... instead of working... anyway, let's see what else I will do today.

Besides that I also thought about setting up a wordpress blog again, and just post the small summaries here in the future, since it would have some advantages:

- would be better structured, since people could comment to each post
- would be easier to show more pictures, since I could include a gallery
- would perhaps allow me to earn some $$$ with affiliate links for PS, Tradimo and some other related sites
- would allow me the show a badge on the site every time I'm streaming live
- would allow all readers to just subscribe the blog as RSS feed, and just stay up2date by reading the feed
- would allow all readers to also be informed through my twitter account every time I post something new

so I see some big advantages in it. And since I'm working in IT and already have some servers running, it wouldn't produce extra costs for me and I would probably only need one or two hours to set everything up... Perhaps you guys could give me some feedback on that... would you bother to open a new site to read my posts?

So, here we go. I want to keep it short and simple, and just announce that I used my "hangover" yesterday to setup my new blog at https.//www.d0nkbet.com. Like I said, I see several advantages in posting on my own blog, compared to the endless story with perhaps over 100 pages until the end of the year.

I understand if some of you don't want to leave the PS website just to follow my blog, but I think it's just easier to unite my trading and poker blog at one central location. It also allows me to maintain a gallery instead of posting a picture here an there... and so on...

Anyway, I will post basic updates here in the feature and always attach the link to the more detailed blog post. For those who also enjoy the parts about my private life as well as my live stream you should really give my new blog a try...

So, nothing happened today, besides Ari coming back form his new girlfriend and pissing me off every time he openes his f*cking mouth... Damn I can't remember when I felt like this the last time... I'm sure it was before I went to Asia, cause it's hard to find retards like him here...

Anyway... besides that, spewed away two 0.60$ tickets on PKR yesterday, because I was soo happy about the additional rakeback that I didn't care, and actually hate the software.
Can't wait until the second cashout is processed and on Stars, so I can finally start playing there.

I agree (as you can obv. see by the way I'm writing about him)... the problem is I'm also only a guest here (even though I'm here for quite some time now) and we are sharing a room... so the reason why I didn't confront him is that I don't want to complicate things even more as I have to stick with him until Jino finally decides to throw him out. Well an Jino (like almost all Filipinos) is a very friendly perons, even though he doesn't like him, since he doesn't have to deal with him almost 27/4 he is pretty much ok with him being here...
I was also thinking about moving to another friends place in the next village while he is still here, but he doesn't have internet there so I'd have to sort that out first.

Regarding the girl... I don't "like" her, I just believe once you are grown up there is no reason to talk about a girl like that. Perhaps if she was your girlfriend and you caught her cheating you might say some things for the first hours or perhaps some days, but then you should be thinking again and behaving normally.

Well it's just a matter of them until he does something stupid (like hitting one of our friends) agian when he is drunk so I just wait for that, then Jino has to get rid of him.

In my private life it's same shit different day... Ari cam home last night and they started drinking, he became so annoying that I went to bed around 11:30pm to watch a movie...
Today I spent the whole day working and about two hours with trading and blogging.

BUT I have a new question for all of you... how would you describe someone who was wasted last night and today decided to go alone to the bar to drink one or two beer (bottles here are 1.5 liters if I'm not mistaken) and went back home to mix him self around 2 liters of gintea even though everybody tells him he would've to drink alone...

I guess you come to same conclusion like I did -> Ari is an alcoholic, which explains sooo much... lol at least he didn't annoy me today or not that much...

Oh one more funny thing -> I refered him to Tradimo for the free 100 € at VantageFX and even though he signed up. Even though he has no clue what he is doing or what the graphs in MetaTrader are about he just decided to place a long trade on GBPUSD without stop loss and go to the bar.. ofc this lucky retard ended up with over 5% profit when he got back
If he keeps doing like this I will offer bets on how long it will take until he busts the FOREX account

Another day for nothing... no time for poker, still waiting for my coach. Spent almost 6 hours trading and writing about it.. made over 40% profit (as you can read in my post https://www.d0nkbet.com/trading/forex-trading-day-13-chf-falling/) ..

Hope my future coach still is commited and that I'll get him into skype before Monday to finally start playing the 180s...

Thanks for the positive feedback. Well I spent a hangover sunday with setting it up and obv. some hours since that to change some things and write the posts... kind of time consuming to blog about trading and poker, and at the moment there isn't even anything to blog about regarding poker.

Reached my coach yesterday, going to Skype with him this Sunday/Munday to figure out the details of the staking/coaching deal.

Just a small update, so you guys know I'm not dead yet ^^

Didn't play lately, waiting for the talk with my future coach, which is scheduled for tmrw. Also got a lot of new contracts this week, so time is at the moment the only thing I don't have... but that's life.
Not sure if I will manage to post an update tmrw, but I will for sure post one on Monday once I know the details of my coaching/staking deal.
