I seem to have bug in TO that slot function just stops working at some point during session. It just wont move tables anymore when I click button. Using manual mode only.

i have the same problem. it works sometimes and sometimes not. i tried different hotkeys. (by the way "strg" doesnt move any table at all) other keys work sometimes and sometimes not.

Sorry for late reply, it looks like my email notification about new posts stopped working.
Try downloading latest TO version manually from the website(don't use update), uznip it and copy files to your TO folder. Also, reinstall your pokerstars client. So far these steps solved this problem everytime I encountered it.

flip21 and ghaleon, please email your TO settings(TO folder/options.ini) and 3 most recent TO log files(TO folder/logs/) to support@tableoptimizer.com.
What do you mean by "strg"?
Hi, the software told me that the trial is expired, but that is not possible. What is wrong?
There is a bug that causes trial to expire faster on some computers.

after update to PS 7 I can not use TO. tried "Revert to PS 6" does not help. returning a previous version is impossible- update force.
I suspect that you're not using latest TO version. You can update it using "Update" button or by using update.exe file. If you are using very old version you may have to do it twice.
The alternative option is to download latest TO version from www.tableoptimizer.com/download.html , unzip the files and copy them to your TO folder.

1. Not possible at the moment. You can try using "Hide/Show TO" hotkey.

Hey, i want to start grinding on .EU and .FR i dont need TO on the French Site but if i start the client TO dont work at .EU and say Trial expired. I dont want to buy the French license to manage 1-5 tables an evening but i need TO for EU ... Any Solution ?
You don't need to buy .fr license, you can get it for free. Email support@tableoptimizer.com with your .fr and .eu pokerstars ids.
Hi, im trying the Free trial but im having a hard time setting the smart Stacking to work properly...can you show me a step by step of the configurations needed including the sizing of the poker tables? If i can get all of these Set up right the way i need, you will obtain a new customer

To setup smart-stacking do following:
1. Go to Layouts/Hotkeys tab, click "Setup slots" and select "Slots".
2. Setup your stack and slots and click "Save".
3. Enable "Move new tables to stack" option.
4. Select smart stacking mode from the combobox.
