Hi,

you can play from HU up to 10-players table (i.e. vs. 9 PokerSnowie opponents). To learn more about the challenges, here it's the link:

http://www.pokersnowie.com/help/challenges.html

You can also try it for free, just register a free trial and you will be able to play 2,000 hands vs. PokerSnowie.

Thanks,
The PokerSnowie Team

Hi. I have read in an article that you plan to increase the capacity of Pokersnowie by more betsizing possibilities (not just 0,5x,1x, 2x, all-in). Which month do you launch this new version of Pokersnowie?

Best regards,

Grindelwald333

Hi,

indeed we are working on a new betsize (a smaller one). We can't be sure when we will release it, but we would expect around the middle of this year.

Thanks,

Hi there,

I am trying the free trial at the moment and really loving the challenge feature. I had a few downswings recently so it's good to be able to play poker, think about what I am doing, analyse my game etc while it not actually costing me a cent :)

But I still can't import my Pokerstars handhistories. Do you know if there's an issue with the PS UK version? It was really difficult at first to get Pokertracker to locate the HH but with a bit of jiggling it seems to work now. But I wonder if there are similar issues with PokerSnowie as it doesn't seem to automatically find anything.

I've tried pasting the exact file link that is in my Pokerstars settings but that just comes up empty. Any ideas as to where I am going wrong?

Cheers

Charlie

Hi Charlie,

we are glad to hear you are enjoying the challenges. Regarding the issue with PS UK hands, there might be a problem indeed, could you contact the support at support@pokersnowie.com and send to us a few hand histories so that our team can look into it and we can get back to you, hopefully with a fix?

Thanks,
The PokerSnowie Team

Thank you for the swift response! Now all I need to do is work out where my hand histories are ending up as that seems a bit of a mystery since the Pokerstars UK change to software. As you may guess, I am not the most technologically minded of people :f_confused:

But as soon as I work that bit out, will be in touch. Really hope I can as with analysis, definitely want to sign up for membership!

Thank you again,

Charlie

Hi Charlie,

from some online references it appears that you could be able to find your HH in folders like these:

C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\PokerStars.UK\HandHistory + subfolders
C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\PokerStars.UK\TournSummary + subfolders

But I guess the PokerStars support should be able to help you out. By when you figured it out where the HH are, if you will have troubles importing the hands in PokerSnowie, contact our support and we will help.

Thanks,
The PokerSnowie Team

Hi,

unfortunately there isn't. We know that some people are using PokerSnowie with a Windows emulator, but a native Mac version is currently not in our plans.

We are considering instead to develop a web version in the future, but we don't have yet a precise idea about when it might be ready.

Thanks,

Are you going to continue video quiz with Sharp? For me it was very helpful to understand the Snowie's evaluations.

Hi,

we are currently working on some new contents that we would like to prepare and we are not sure if we will have a "second season" of the Sharp's video quiz or other stuff. Keep an eye on our website and our blog to be up to date.

Thanks,
The PokerSnowie Team

Hi

Are you aware of any problems with pokersnowie at the moment?
I seem to have a problem with my scenarios and challenges. None of both or working properly.
Snowie don't react when playing a challenge and the scenarios doesn't work to.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Best regards!

Yesterday I tried several times, but Snowie didn't do anything at all.
No reaction at all.
This evening going to try again, because I like to play the challenges.

Same for me. Tried to challenge Snowie last night and did not work at all. Today it worked for 40 hands and stopped again.

I imported some hands and received an error message when trying to view ranges in any situation. (Already emailed the screenshot to you). I am using a trial, though.

Is there any restriction for how many hands I can challenge Snowie a month if I subscribe? With a trial version it's 2000 if I'm not mistaking.

Your website seems to be having problems, too. :(

Hi guys, i write here because in the italian community it seems to be that i'm the only one with snowie.

I have the same problem. Yesterday i had first problem with the login, after that it was impossible to challenge anything.
Today i simply receive a "connection problem".
It's bad because with the job on strategy.it, the lessons and the grinding i only have the weekend in order to study for real.

Hi,

yes, I confirm we have experienced some technical problems on our servers that affected the ability to use some of the features like the Challenges and the Scenarios.

I would like to personally apologize for the inconvenience, as I appreciate that for many people PokerSnowie has become a fundamental part of their daily poker routine and I take this responsibility very seriously.

Having said that, we have identified and fixed the current problem and in the coming hours our technicians will implement some updates and changes in the system in order to avoid this to happen again. It might be that you will experience some minor down time in the next 12 hours.

Don't hesitate to contact me directly at roberto.gobbo@snowiegroup.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,
Roberto Gobbo

Hi,

I've noticed that in Heads up match Snowie advices to open a pot from BU most of the time. But sometimes Snowie advices to open 1/2 pot. Can you tell in which situations Snowie advices 1/2 pot? Is it depending of the hand I have or something else?

Regards,
